Having grown up in the family business, she has been selling real estate in the Panama City market for over a decade. Katie is now a partner in the company and works with the firm's associates on a daily basis, offering her support and guidance as they build their business.

As involved as she is in handling her own transactions and managing her office, Katie has dedicated time and effort into her professional association as well as local community organizations. After earning an Associate's Degree from Gulf Coast Community College, Katie graduated from Florida State University where she earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Communication.
Professional involvement is an important part of Katie's work. She is Past President of the Bay County Association of Realtors and has been active with the Bay County Association of Realtors for many years.
Katie currently serves as Trustee, Gulf Coast State College and past President of the FSU Panama City Development Board, which is involved in examining expansion and growth options for the college, and how to best utilize contributions and state funds in order to achieve growth. Katie also served on the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors, and with the Bay County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is an active member of the Junior Service League and a past mentor at New Horizons Learning Center.
More recently, many of Katie's extracurricular efforts have gone towards supporting her husband Jimmy Patronis, who was elected into Florida's legislature as a state representative. She and Jimmy are dedicated together to civic and business development. Together they give countless hours and financial support to help charitable organizations in their community. Most recently, they realized their greatest accomplishment when sons Theo and John Michael were born.
